Freeking cold out here on the road.  We are above the snow line with big 'effen' clouds hiding the sun

Big call out to Heather and Rob for the raingear.  Rained only a few drops but it kept us warm.





Thanks to Mike and Debbie for picking us up at the airport and their hospitality and lodgings.  Mike took us to Jericho Yacht Club for sailing, unfortunately the winds were 15 knots and I was a little scared.  I was not interested in an unplanned swim that would have made Noreen's day.  We hit the road at 11:30 and headed East stopping in Abbottsford for a Tims break.  Made a couple more stops at Hope and Merritt finally arriving in Kamloops 5 hours and 30 minutes later, having travelled 370 kms.  We are in a beautiful brand new hotel we a spectacular view.  Now we  are heading to the hot tub for a soak and to unwind.  More to come tomorrow as we wind our way to Revelstoke to relax some more in some of British Columbia's finest natural hotsprings.
