July 4th, Now in Golden BC.

Got up this morning and went for a run in Kamloops.  First down hill and then up hill and up hill and up hill.  If any of our running friends - you know who you are - hear either of us complain about the hills in Cambridge, please feel free to drive to our house and smack us.  It was 'effed!!  Then we hopped on the bike and did another 5 hour day from there to Golden.  We stopped at the last spike and took some pictures of that piece of history. We were there 30 years ago together and not much has changed but we still had some laughs as the picture will show.   Went and visited our land and met a neighbour whose dog does like Harleys or any bike in general.  There have been people busy building their places in our neighbourhood.  Now we are resting at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort staring at the ski hill out our patio. I find looking at that with no snow still makes me scared.  And I'm looking at "Blues"!!  That is 'effed too!!  There are warning signs everywhere about Grizzles, Black Bears and Cougars having been seen in the area, so "be careful".  What does that even mean?
